Intergenerational Instagram launch:
YCC is very excited to share the launch of its new intergenerational initiative! The Intergenerational instagram page will feature research, opportunities, resources, models, and stories on intergenerational leadership. Sun Valley Forum
This year, YCC’s Founder, Pooja Tilvawala, will be taking part in the 11th Sun Valley Forum from June 15-18th, a gathering of global leaders advancing real solutions for our planet. Pooja will speak alongside Marcene Mitchell about the power of intergenerational climate leadership. The 2026 forum aims to bring together people working across business, policy, leadership, media, and more. The forum will create a space for informal connection, reflection, and collaboration, where ideas take place not only in a formal setting, but through conversations in nature. Generation Hope Event and Celebration
Generation Hope is an annual program led in collaboration with young climate and nature leaders from around the world. It’s all about empowering people like you to stand up for a more positive future. Bloomberg Cities conference group
Bloomberg Philanthropies and the Aspen Institute hosted the 12th Bloomberg CityLab, the preeminent global cities summit, in Madrid, Spain on April 27-April 29, 2026. The Summit spurred vital city-to-city connections, confronted urgent challenges, and advanced practical solutions shaping the future of cities and the world.

Peace Boat US Ocean Stewardship Awards for SDG 14
As part of its 123rd Global Voyage, Peace Boat will host a special OCEAN GALA onboard in New York City on Wednesday, June 10, in celebration of United Nations World Oceans Day. The event will highlight blue innovation and partnerships supporting a sustainable blue economy and resilient communities.
In collaboration with partner organizations focused on ocean stewardship, the inaugural “Peace Boat US Ocean Stewardship Award for SDG 14: Life Below Water” will be announced to honor individuals, communities, and changemakers advancing ocean health and marine biodiversity. Awards will recognize achievements in Community Impact, Youth Initiatives, and Innovation for Ocean Literacy. To nominate someone, please complete this form: Google nomination form
Green Title Database:
The Green Title Database is a public collection of over 350 TV episodes, series, and feature films that feature climate and environmental themes. Climate Justice: The Narrative Shift:
Climate Justice: The Narrative Shift is an exploration of where U.S. climate communications stand today and how messaging can better engage broader audiences. The report draws on insights from 50 grassroots organizers, strategists, academics, and media professionals to examine gaps in current climate narratives and opportunities to connect with diverse communities. Member Spotlight
Tania Roa is a climate justice advocate and communicator who highlights the importance of reconnecting to the Earth for our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through workshops, articles, campaigns, and presentations, she emphasizes climate solutions rooted in social justice, ecosystem restoration, and community building. Tania has delivered over twenty public talks, including her TEDx presentation, “How to Protect People and the Planet,” facilitated over ten events, and has published over fifty articles. Tania earned a Master of Science in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University. She enjoys snorkeling, wildlife watching, hiking, and exploring new places.
